Nicki Minaj…

In terms of Nicki Minaj herself, I personally think shes great. Her interviews show her as who she really is and shes really… real. She’s out there and loud and willing to do her own thing despite what others think of her, but still at the end of the day she says what she wants and doesn’t hold back just because of other peoples opinions. And I think THAT alone is what REAL really is. Being able to be yourself no matter what happens after people receive it. I fell in love with her music before i even had heard her interviews and after seeing her in interviews I had made up my mind about her. People who say her music is garbage and this and that, really haven’t listened to many of her songs, they’ve judged her off one song or performance, which can be fair in a way, I judged Astro from his first performance on X-Factor and i Haaaated him. Then when I heard his song at judges house I gave him a 2nd chance and now I think the kid has talent and is a good rapper. I think Nicki minaj’s has good music, I don’t like all her songs but most of her songs I LOVE.

In terms of her Grammy performance I didn’t love it and yes i was scared of it and thought it was inappropriate to perform it at the Grammys. When i first saw it i was kind of disappointed, but when i had learned what the performance was about i was more accepting of it. That doesn’t mean that now i love it and want to watch it over and over cause i don’t ever want to see it again, but i understood why she did it. I hate anything to do with Devils and demons kind of things so its natural that i wouldnt like it. BUT for others who are complaining about how its soooooo disrespectful that she did that and what not, what are you saying about Movie Directors and actors and the people who PAY to watch movies about Excorsists and devils. What about movies where CHILDREN are being raped?? What do you say about those things?? What she did is NOTHING compared to those things. People pay to watch those movies i personally don’t because it’s disgusting and scary. What about the actors who ACTUALLY pretend to do those things??

I could go on forever about it but i wont. Im not tryna make people like her or forgive her or whatever, but i just want people to think first. If you can manage that..
